Founder building Black Robotics — the neutral standardization and trust layer for robotics AI training data. We turn raw, multi-source robot recordings into validated, schema-conformant, train-ready datasets, so data suppliers can sell to many buyers through one pipeline and model teams can train without custom cleanup. I lead product and architecture across the ingest → normalize → validate → policy → export → lineage pipeline, with automated quality gates and compliance (GDPR/CCPA/BIPA) built in from day one.

Founding AI Engineer spanning product, architecture, and go-to-market. Teamcast runs conversational AI video interviews tailored to each role—assessing real skills, depth, and authenticity, then scoring every candidate to surface a hire-ready shortlist with justification. I design and spec the interview and assessment stack, ship backend services and APIs, define scoring frameworks, work on ATS and partner integrations, and write implementation specs and internal documentation. I also support fundraising and sales ops—ICP research, outbound sequencing, and investor/prospect pipelines toward a $1.5M pre-seed target—plus partner demos and onboarding.

Developed AI-powered research tools including ML dashboards for decision tree visualization, SFTP→S3 data pipelines with AWS SQS, and FastAPI services with 30% latency improvements through advanced PostgreSQL optimization.

Founding member at humancloud, where we build and deploy AI systems for enterprises—fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), standing up retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, building multi-agent workflows, and setting up cloud/MLOps infrastructure and governance frameworks that hold up in production.

Led hands-on sessions on AI/ML APIs, GCP services, and containerized deployment. Helped 2000+ students build real-world AI applications and achieve Google Cloud certifications.
